The Cottage |

- The cottage is provided with a living room, private conservatory and garden. It is located at 50 metres from the hotel. The interior will be cleaned on a daily basis by the housekeeping of the hotel.
For a 5th or 6th guest staying at the cottage, a confirmation from the hotel is needed. The extra costs are EUR 60 to EUR 75 per person per night, depending on the season. These costs are not automatically calculated in the total costs of your reservation.

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 15 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, 35 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, 60 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children from 3 to 11 years are charged EUR 35.00 per night and person for extra beds.
All children from 0 to 2 years are charged EUR 15.00 per night and person for cots.
Up to two children under 2 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: 6 % VAT is included.
